You Lead and Learn

Leadership isn't easy. I am learning this. There are risks to be taken...and sometimes you step on peoples toes. And sometimes you think the whole situation has been blown out of proportion and has become ridiculous, but you learn the limits. I don't ever want to be the kind of leader that doesn't take risks or maybe even push the limits at times. When a bad decision is made, you gotta make it right. You lead and learn. I am attempting both. Lord, help me learn.
